DERMA C BY POTEN-CEE PRODUCTS: REVIEW

Image
DERMA C BY POTEN-CEE MASK           So I said from my previous post that I am not a huge fan of facial mask, but this one actually convinced my skin to try again! As mentioned in the description, the mask is infused with Vitamin C and Collagen with 7 Natural Moisturizing Oils to make the skin lighter and brighter. I always take Vitamin C every day so I was elated when I heard that this skincare product contains Vitamin C. The scent of the mask smells good and refreshing. I wore it for about 20 minutes, and believe me guys, the effect after wearing it is incredible! My skin looked brighter and even felt like it tightens. This is actually better than the Garnier Serum Mask I tried not too long ago.  Where can I buy this? At Watsons, Mercury Drug, & Southstar Drug How much? It costs 75 pesos, so it's a bit pricey. TIP: Do not throw the packaging right away, use the extra collagen para tipid! *wink* Are you going to try this product again?

NATURE REPUBLIC ALOE VERA GEL REVIEW: THE BEST MOISTURIZER?

Image
Since I am a graduating student, I am currently loaded with school works. Conducting experiments for an investigatory project, writing reports for the portfolio of my work immersion, and of course the inevitable research paper and defense. I am often sleep deprived and quite stressed because of school requirements. I can feel that my skin is getting dry and when I look myself in the mirror, I see all the tiny bumps and blemishes starting to pop shamelessly themselves on my face which adds up to my stress. So I decided to add something to my skin routine to prevent these annoying bumps from growing even more.    My sister gave me this aloe vera moisturizer that was bought from Mumuso. I thought to myself why don't I give this a try since I really need something to replenish my skin and maybe this will work since it is made up of 92% of aloe as stated in the packaging. After one week of using this, I noticed that my bumps betw

New Year, New Me?

Image
WE ALL KNOW that "New year, new me" is utter rubbish because we also all know that in order to have a complete change of ourselves, we need to change our personality and I believe that we can't possibly do that with one stroke of a paintbrush in our canvasses.  Every single year, we learned two huge things; good and bad, positive and negative. There will always be a time where we feel so messed up because either we did something regretful or someone made us feel like utter trash and our pessimistic thoughts can ruin everything that is good no matter how we try, we cannot stop the poisonous words and scenarios getting into our minds, that's why we might feel choked up from time to time. Every time I am in that horrendous phase, I'm listening to sad songs to make me feel more miserable than I already do. Sometimes, I put these heavy emotions to an artful form, I write songs and poems and pour all of my toxic black ink into the paper taking it all out. I embr

It Only Happens in the Movies:BOOK REVIEW

Image
My very first review! IT ONLY HAPPENS IN THE MOVIES               This novel was published last 2017 but I just read it months ago and trust me, I still linger of the wordy moments that happened in the book. So let me talk about the characters and the plot first without spoilers. The protagonists are Audrey and Harry, Audrey started working at a cinema and that's where she met her colleague Harry who has a passion for making movies. In the book, Harry was making a zombie movie that Audrey got to be a part of it since she used to be in a drama club at her school, things happen, feelings were developed and yadda yadda. This book will have your fingers constantly flipping the pages because the emotions are surreal as if you are the one who is in the book, you can feel what the character is feeling in every chapter. The whole story gives cinematic pictures in your mind and you get to know some movies that you have to watch before you die. I remember reading thi
